  • Reviews, verifies, and organizes documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Scan/ Encodes data and maintains records in physical or digital systems.
  • Coordinates with teams to ensure proper document handling and compliance with company standards.

Requirements

  • Vocational or High School Graduate
  • No experience required, but clerical/ data entry background is a plus
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Basic file and records management
  • Familiarity with document handling procedures
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • High attention to detail for spotting document inconsistencies
  • Works well with team members in document routing or validation process
  • Preferably residing in Makati or nearby NCR areas
