- Manage and coordinate logistics for transportation and delivery.
- Monitor and communicate with drivers to ensure timely operations.
- Schedule and prioritize tasks based on urgency and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and schedules.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize routes and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Job Title: Dispatcher
- Educational Qualifications: Education degree not required, but familiarity with logistics is a plus.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of dispatching experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in dispatch software.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, possible night and weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
