Description
- Deliver packages safely and efficiently to designated locations.
- Ensure timely delivery while adhering to traffic and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and returns.
- Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch regarding delivery status.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Assist with loading and unloading of packages as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in logistics are a plus.
- Experience Level: Minimum of 2 years of experience in delivery or transportation roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in road transportation, supplier management, and vehicle maintenance.
- Working Conditions: Occupation involves irregular hours and exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent driving skills with a valid driver's license.
