Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training to stay updated on product knowledge.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in customer service or call center environments.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales pipeline management, customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong command of the English language is essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product support while maintaining sales records.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with potential for evening/weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, adaptability, and a customer-centric attitude.
