- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements

- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, document interactions, and support back office functions.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, possibly involving shifts; may require extended periods of phone and computer use.
