- Assist customers with inquiries and complaints via phone and email.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer records and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, exceptional customer service, scheduling abilities, strong problem-solving skills, and sales experience.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, resolve inquiries, schedule appointments, and promote services.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may involve shift work, comfortable workstations.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to handle stress.
