You are joining Sutherland as a Customer Service Associate for our Global Hotels & Resorts account in Ilocos, and you'll be managing room reservations, handle cancellations and modifications, and assist with account management and other inquiries. You'll also address stay complaints and compensation requests, ensuring every guest feels valued and supported.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide clear and professional answers to various questions regarding Travel inquiries
  • Meet all productivity and quality requirements and guidelines
  • Model and work by the company's core values
  • Achieve and maintain required metrics and goals


Requirements

  • Finished at least 2 years in college (or High School Graduate + relevant work experience)
  • At least 1 year experience in a customer oriented and/or sales role
  • Minimum 6 months experience in Travel or Hospitality industry
  • Capable of customer management and can negotiate, overcome objections, and/or upsell/cross-sell
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge on computers
