职位描述

  • Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer requests.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Offer solutions and recommendations to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to help.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve issues and improve service.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.

职位要求

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • At least 1 (one) year BPO experience.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., using email, customer service software).
  • Ability to remain calm and patient in stressful situations.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required).
