- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or call center environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service skills, strong team player, and exceptional organizational abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain accurate records.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment with varying shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong work ethic.
