Description

  • Responsible for handling employee inquiries related to compensation, payroll, benefits, and related policies.
  • Assist employees with compensation-related inquiries, including salary, bonuses, deductions, payroll discrepancies, and benefits.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years in college 
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Sales compensation administration
  • Experience creating SQL scripts, CRM Tools and Case Management
  • Must have experience in Payroll helpdesk or Comp & Benefits department or Finance & Accounting , HR Shared Services
