We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Community and Engagement Lead for the company’s decentralized exchange (DEX). This role requires:

1. someone with deep expertise in both centralized exchanges (CEX) and decentralized exchanges (DEX),
2. who can independently drive community growth and make an immediate, noticeable impact from day one.
3. You will take full responsibility for executing engagement strategies, managing social media, fostering a vibrant community, designing and implementing viral campaigns that meet our ambitious goals, and overseeing point and reward systems to boost engagement and platform activity.
