Role Description

The Clinic Operations Manager shall be responsible for the comprehensive management of Meraki Esthetique’s daily operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of services and maintaining the highest standards of patient care. This role entails the leadership and supervision of clinic personnel, the administration of scheduling and inventory systems, the assurance of regulatory compliance, the management of operational budgets, and the support of marketing and client relations initiatives. The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong commitment to operational excellence, strategic leadership, and cultivating an environment that prioritizes patient satisfaction and team collaboration.


Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability
  • Manage the daily functions of the business
  • Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
  • Ensure regulatory, compliance,e and legal rules are followed
  • Manage budget to align with goals of business


Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field; a master’s degree shall be considered an advantage. A minimum of three years experience in clinic, healthcare, or hospitality operations management is required. The position demands exceptional leadership and organizational capabilities, comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and operational protocols, proficiency in management systems and Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to lead with a balance of professionalism, strategic insight, and empathetic client care.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.
