Institutional Product Manager (Position One): Custody/Lending Product Focus

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for researching market trends and patterns related to lending and off-exchange based on institutional client needs, analyzing user behavior and lending requirements;

2. Liaise with external partners and institutions to monitor the overall project progress, ensuring successful project delivery;

3. Collaborate with relevant teams such as business, operations, and risk control to design core functions for lending and fund management, produce PRD documents, and manage the entire product lifecycle;

4. Monitor key product metrics, iterate product logic, reduce platform risks, and enhance customer experience;

Job Requirements:

1. Over 3 years of product experience, with at least 1 year in custody/lending products;

2. Familiarity with the crypto industry ecosystem;

3. Excellent cross-team communication skills.

Institutional Product Manager (Position Two): Institutional Services Focus

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collect and research competitive institutional product offerings in the market, continuously upgrading institutional product features and customer experience;

2. Closely collaborate with business, internal product, and technical support teams to assist in designing backend management product functions that meet institutional client needs;

3. Plan, organize, and produce content for customer API and guide documents, ensuring consistency and professionalism in content aimed at institutional clients;

Job Requirements:

1. Good writing skills; graduate from a university ranked 211 or above or in the QS top 200;

2. Experience related to exchanges is preferred;

3. Ability to quickly understand new market dynamics and new product features;

Full-time position, working hours from 10 AM to 7 PM Beijing time, alternating weeks, statutory holidays, salary to be discussed separately after the interview.
