Keterangan

  • Perform the sourcing and canvassing of items as per received purchase requisition forms.
  • Verify and facilitate purchase orders and bid requests for goods and services and ensure product quality specifications are met.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with vendors as required and ensure the best deal based on Microgenesis standards is closed.
  • Confer with vendors and analyzes vendor's operations to determine factors that affect prices. Prepares reports, charts, and graphs of findings.
  • Consistently consider the use of alternative accredited suppliers, parts, or materials to reduce costs.
  • Perform activities involved with procuring goods and services, such as raw materials, equipment, tools, parts, supplies, and advertising.
  • Confer with vendors to obtain product or service information, such as price, availability, and delivery schedule.
  • Evaluate and select products for purchase by testing, observing, or examining items.
  • Maintain manual or computerized procurement records, such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventories.
  • Record and monitor the performance of vendors, particularly the following criteria – delivery, quality, and cost, as part of supplier management.
  • Coordinate defective or unacceptable goods or services with inspection or quality control personnel, users, vendors, and others to determine the source of trouble and monitor corrective action.
  • Liaise with the Accounting Payable Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal customers for any problems encountered with the purchase orders.

Persyaratan

  • Graduate of BS IT/Computer Engineer or any computer course.
  • Previous working experience in Customer Service is an advantage but required.
  • Open for new graduates.
