The Assistant Department Manager II assists the Department Head in planning, organizing, programming, leading, coordinating and distributing work to staff; supervises all activities relating to the appraisal of the properties, including the outsourcing of external appraisers. He/ She reviews or evaluates various outputs of the department, and monitors timelines for various activities of the department.

Requisito

Education:

Master’s degree OR Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC OR CES/CSE Eligibility


Experience:

Five (5) years of supervisory/management experience


Training:

120 hours of supervisory/managerial training/learning and development intervention OR minimum of 60 hours of supervisory/management training/learning and development intervention AND maximum of 60 hours of technical training programs related to:
