Identify and generate new business opportunities in the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Develop and present customized logistics solutions to meet clients’ needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Prepare Service Proposal, negotiate rates and agreements with clients
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements

1 to 2 years experienced as sales or customer services in logistics, freight and supply chain service provider.
Understands basic logistics and freight terminologies and process
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
Preferably with own service vehicle but not required
Knows how to drive and with valid drivers license
Willing to travel for training and client visit
