Overall in charge of land prospecting and evaluation efforts based on an annual land acquisition target
Manage expansion network planning and site acquisition efforts among different regions
Create mall network expansion projections, and present to top management for planning and budgeting purposes
Identify new business development opportunities and prepare action plan to achieve business goals.
Serve as main contact for investors, property management owners and LGU personnel for long-term partnerships
Establish and revise property management systems and processes including improvements and innovations. Identify potential measures for implementation in the organization.
Ensure legal compliance in all network development programs, policies and standards.

Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a college/bachelor’s degree in any Business or Property Management course. Have Post-Graduate studies or units is an advantage.
At least 5 years working experience in sales, marketing and property management.
Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills for both internal stakeholders and external customers
Knowledgeable in using mapping application like ArcGIS, Google Maps, among others.
Willing to do field works/branch visits if needed
Candidates must be willing to work on-site at North Edsa, Quezon City
