Description
- Provides overall management of Broker Network sales prospecting activities of the assigned project to achieve required sales target.
- Develops local-based recruitment and activation programs to ensure a roster of core Sellers (Brokers Network) focusing on the assigned project.
- Assists in the implementation of Brokers Network sales programs and strategies to bring in desired sales volumes and ensure high market acceptability.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Communication, Negotiation.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
