Description
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, and sales revenue.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
- Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Assist in the preparation of tax reports and other government-mandated filings.
- Monitor company’s financial health and report any inconsistencies or issues.
- Coordinate with the accounting team for monthly and annual financial audits.
- Maintain and organize financial documents for easy access and reference.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
