Description
- Opening and closing of shop
- Inventory of stocks and supplies
- Does the dishes immediately
- Maintains cleanliness and orderly in the shop immediately
- Takes order, makes order and releases orders to customer
- Takes payment and gives out change if needed
- Suggests best sellers, must try and drinks of the month
- Does R & D with the management
- Gives out opinions on new recipes
- Report wastes, losses and breakage if necessary
- Follow segregation to avoid penalty
- Follow first in first out process to avoid wastage
- Follow SOP and rules at all times to smooth transaction specially taking/process orders
Requirements
- Knows basic knowledge in latte art
- At least 6 months exp as barista
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willing to adapt to possible changing schedules
- Willing to learn
- At least high school graduate
