Description
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and teas.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the register.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow.
- Participate in inventory management and restocking.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, proficient in latte art, excellent written and verbal communication, solid coffee knowledge, customer service skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, ability to work under pressure, team player.
