Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Automation Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns across various channels, including Email (EDM), SMS, and Push Notifications. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, campaign execution, and data analysis to drive engagement and conversions.

This full-time role is based in Makati City on a full-time on-site work arrangement.


  • Campaign Setup & Execution: Create, manage, and optimize automated marketing campaigns across Email (EDM), SMS, and Push Notification channels using marketing automation platforms.
  • Segmentation & Targeting: Develop customer segmentation strategies to ensure personalized and relevant messaging for different audience segments.
  • Content Coordination: Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure all campaign materials (emails, SMS, and push messages) are aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, delivery times, and other variables to optimize performance.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other engagement KPIs. Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights for campaign improvements.
  • Workflow Automation: Set up and optimize workflows for lead nurturing, customer onboarding, abandoned cart reminders, and other automated marketing campaigns.
  • Compliance: Ensure all campaigns comply with relevant regulations, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other data privacy laws.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other relevant departments to align messaging and timing of campaigns with business objectives.
  • Platform Management: Maintain and troubleshoot the marketing automation platforms, ensuring smooth campaign execution and data integration with other systems (e.g., CRM, customer data platform).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Sendpulse, Firebase, Onbuka or similar tools).
  • Experience in executing and managing Email, SMS, and Push Notification campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and compliance regulations.
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation, targeting, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and performance tracking.
