Description
- Supervise and manage the performance of sales staff (e.g., targets, daily tasks, KPIs)
- Set individual and team sales goals and monitor progress
- Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and training to team members
- Ensure customer satisfaction by handling escalated concerns and resolving issues
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with other departments (marketing, operations, etc.) to align sales efforts
- Enforce company policies and ensure staff compliance
- Conduct regular meetings to review performance, provide updates, and set new goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred)
- At least 2-3 years of sales experience, with 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking systems
- Can work under pressure and flexible with shifting schedules
