Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior App Development Engineer to join the mobile core team, responsible for the ongoing development and architectural optimization of the trading platform App. This role will focus on enhancing the stability and performance of the App, building common components and monitoring capabilities, and supporting core business modules such as CopyTrading and wallet assets in high concurrency and high-security scenarios on mobile platforms. We expect you to have solid Flutter development experience, a deep understanding of rendering mechanisms and threading models, and good native collaboration skills to support the stable expansion of the App in the next phase.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily development and maintenance of the trading platform App, enhancing and ensuring App stability;
• Participate in APP requirement discussions, technical research, development iterations, and optimizations;
• Responsible for building mobile foundational capabilities, maintaining the common component library and performance monitoring library;

• Responsible for resource coordination and communication across departments, providing improvement suggestions and recommendations, and following up to drive projects to completion.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a computer-related field, with 3-6 years of experience;
• Experience with centralized exchanges (CEX) and familiarity with high-performance app development on the platform;
• Experience in cross-platform development, familiar with Flutter, React Native development, and native interaction methods;
• Proficient in application development using Flutter technology, understanding Flutter rendering principles, familiar with Dart language, and understanding Dart's threading model;
• Possess a good service mindset, sense of responsibility, attention to detail, passion for technology, and excellent team communication and collaboration skills;
• Rigorous logical thinking, strong problem analysis and solving abilities, and effective communication and collaboration skills;
• Ability to adapt to a high-intensity work pace, with strong self-motivation and sense of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with centralized exchanges (CEX) or financial app projects;
• Familiarity with Android platform architecture and performance optimization tools (such as systrace, Perfetto, etc.);
• Experience in Flutter and Android native module bridging, hybrid development, and debugging;
• Understanding of core trading processes such as market push notifications, order submission links, and asset modules;
