Description
- Transitioning paper records to a digital format by performing data entry
- Answering resident/consultant inquiries through online and offline platforms
- Communicating with the doctors and the Management
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Scheduling and assisting with the Diagnostic Examination
- Collecting the requirements submitted by the school applicants or doctors
- Source office supplies when needed
- Devise and maintain a filing system for the records of applicants, residents, and consultants
- Handle request and queries appropriately
Requirements
- Graduate of any four (4) years Bachelor’s degree
- Willing to work on-site
- At least six (6) months to one (1) year relevant work experience in administrative work or any related field
- Organizational Skills
- Communication skills
- Multi-Tasking skills
- Effective office and records management skills
- Flexible and can adopt to constant demands
- Well-equipped in using Microsoft Office applications, Facebook Messenger, Zoom, Gmail, Google calendar, and other administrative platforms
