Description
- Responsible for handling and coordinating daily administrative tasks
- Support department head in daily operations, including scheduling meetings and managing itineraries
- Maintain the document and file management system, ensuring information accuracy
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, promptly conveying relevant information
- Assist in organizing company events to enhance team cohesion
Requirements
- Education Qualification: High school diploma.
- Experience Requirements: No experience required.
- Skills and Abilities: Proficient in English, capable of assisting others, budget management and analytical skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with daily administrative tasks, handle documents and budgets, conduct data analysis.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, must be able to adapt to a certain level of work pressure.
- Qualities and Characteristics: Detail-oriented, patient, strong communication skills, team player.
