Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficient workflow across departments
Manage company documents, records, permits, and compliance requirements
Supervise the admin staff including HR, clerical, and support team
Ensure all government and labor law regulations are strictly followed (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, etc.)
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and external partners
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee record-keeping
Monitor office budgets, supplies, and procurement processes
Organize internal meetings, schedules, and company events
Prepare regular reports and present updates to top management
Handle renewal of business permits and licenses
Implement and maintain company policies and administrative systems

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resources, or related field
At least 3–5 years experience in an administrative or managerial role
Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and HR processes
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and admin tools
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Detail-oriented, dependable, and resourceful
