Calendar Management: Manage schedules for [Supervisor Title] and other team members, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including booking rooms, preparing materials, and taking minutes.
Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, faxes, and phone calls.
File Management: Maintain and organize physical and digital files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Office Administration: Provide general office support, including ordering supplies, managing equipment, and handling mail.
Project Assistance: Provide support for departmental projects, including data entry, research, and report preparation.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.

Education: Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative assistant or similar role preferred.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as other relevant software applications.
