Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports.
Manage and supervise accounting staff, providing training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Coordinate and manage external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
