Description
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Conduct audits and assist with tax preparation.
- Collaborate with other departments for financial insight.
- Provide support in financial analysis and decision-making.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle; strong understanding of taxation and financial statements.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare financial reports, manage ledgers, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and assist with audits.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, full-time hours, may require overtime during month-end and year-end close.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
