  • Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
  • Prepare financial statements, manage accounts payable/receivable, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
  • Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes.
  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in accounting software, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Working Conditions: Typically office-based with standard hours, potential for overtime during peak periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Organized, proactive, and possess strong communication abilities.
