Description

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Process invoices, payments, and reconciliation.
  • Assist in monthly financial reporting and budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies.
  • Utilize accounting software for transactions and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in AR, AP, or GL functions
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Business One or a similar ERP system is required
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
