Description
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and expense reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring prompt payments and collections.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and tax filings in line with regulatory requirements.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve financial discrepancies through account analysis.
- Verify the accuracy of journal entries, payroll processing, and expense tracking.
- Monitor inventory costs, financial transactions, and operational spending.
- Work with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
- Support financial audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed.
- Keep current with accounting regulations, policies, and industry best practices.
- Carry out other finance-related tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping (fresh graduates with strong academic performance are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices, financial reporting, and government tax compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Solid analytical skills and accuracy when working with numbers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and coordination.
- Experience in processing Government permits and Tax compliance
