Description
- Prepare and issue sales invoices to clients
- Monitor and follow up on collections from customers
- Maintain organized records of billing and collection transactions
- Prepare aging of receivables reports and update collection status
- Assist in monthly closing tasks related to receivables
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing concerns
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinate with the bank
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accountancy or any related fields; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate financial records
- Knowledgeable in financial and accounting principles
