Description

  • Financial Recordkeeping:
  • Maintaining accurate and complete financial records. 
  • Tracking transactions, reconciling accounts, and managing payroll and expenses. 
  • Ensuring the accuracy and compliance of bookkeeping. 
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis:
  • Preparing financial statements (e.g., income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements). 
  • Analyzing financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. 
  • Providing financial information and reports to management and stakeholders. 
  • Tax Compliance and Planning:
  • Preparing and filing tax returns. 
  • Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. 
  • Providing tax planning and advice. 
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of budgets. 
  • Creating financial forecasts and projections. 
  • Auditing and Compliance:
  • Performing internal audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. 
  • Working with external auditors. 
  • Other Responsibilities:
  • Reconciling bank statements. 
  • Managing cash flow. 
  • Providing financial advice and recommendations. 
  • Implementing and maintaining accounting systems and processes. 
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations. 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets.

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is often required.
