Description
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with auditors during annual audits.
- Support other accounting functions as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable and Receivable, Financial Management, Billing, and Audit processes.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage accounts payable and receivable, support financial audits, and ensure accurate billing.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment, standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills.
