- Operate and drive trucks to transport goods safely.
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues before departure.
- Ensure timely delivery and adhere to schedules.
- Maintain accurate logs of hours, mileage, and cargo.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules and issues.
要件
- Educational Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of driving experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to operate heavy trucks, knowledge of road safety regulations, and good navigational skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
