  • Assist engineers in their duties and provide technical support to teams.
  • Implement safety guidelines for system and equipment operation
  • Troubleshoot and investigate equipment/system failures
  • Train employees, clients, and customers on equipment handling
  • Develop corrective measures for recurring technical issues
  • Create troubleshooting manuals and technical materials
  • Maintain warranties and maintenance documentation
  • Report quality deviations and collect data for technical issue reports
  • Assist in design work

芁件

  • Knowledgeable in CAD software (Solid works, AutoCAD, or similar tools)
  • Knowledgeable in billing and construction industry, auxiliaries systems
  • Strong understanding of Engineering principles and practices
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in product design and development is a plus
