What You Will Do
- Support execution of comprehensive talent management strategies that support 1Aviation’s goals and values.
- Support talent development initiatives, including mentorship programs, leadership development programs, and succession planning efforts.
- Assists in the implementation of processes for setting individual and team performance goals that are aligned with organizational objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to talent management activities.
- Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to track key talent metrics and trends.
- Contribute ideas and support initiatives aimed at improving employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.
- Implement strategies and tools to encourage ongoing feedback and coaching between managers and employees.
- Assist in administering the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Supports implementation of processes for addressing performance issues through Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). May provide guidance and support to managers in implementing PIPs and monitoring progress.
- Advocates for improvement and innovation to enhance performance management experience for employees and managers.
- Work with vendor/s to ensure the delivery of high-quality training/performance solutions.
An ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in talent management, with a proven track record of performance management success.
- Strong knowledge of talent management best practices and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills
