• Draft job descriptions and manage job postings
• Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn, JobStreet, and referrals
• Schedule and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers and track pipeline status
• Support onboarding logistics and documentation
  
  
  

• 2+ years experience in recruitment or HR
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems
