Who We're Looking For

You are an experienced Motion Designer with a strong background in video editing and motion graphics, with a proficiency in CGI and 3D animation being a plus. Your expertise lies in crafting compelling and visually engaging videos, whether for online platforms or large-scale event formats. With a keen eye for detail and a solid technical foundation, you excel in transforming video scripts into impactful stories through creative editing and motion graphics.

As a seasoned professional, you will not only handle the technical aspects of video production but also bring a creative vision to each project. Your ability to develop storyboards, execute nuanced color grading, and integrate motion graphics will be crucial in delivering high-quality content. Proficiency with tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects is essential, and if you are adept in other software like FCP or Da Vinci Resolve, we welcome that as well. Your role will involve maintaining brand standards, working under tight deadlines, and suggesting innovative content ideas to enhance our clients' projects.

What You’ll Do

• Create compelling storyboards based on video scripts, incorporating footage samples and/or illustrations in collaboration with our Illustrator.
• Develop impactful videos through creative editing, motion graphics, and nuanced color grading.
• Work under tight deadlines and manage high-pressure situations, especially close to event launch dates and for exhibition stages and screens.
• Maintain brand guidelines and high brand standards for all client projects.
• Ensure all technical and aesthetic details are thoroughly considered before finalizing work for approval.
• Proactively suggest creative content, designs, and ideas based on a solid understanding of client objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, including leveraging AI tools to enhance and expedite work.

• Experience in video editing and motion graphics, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects, with the ability to demonstrate high-quality results.
• CGI and 3D animation skills are a plus, with examples of relevant projects.
• Good technical knowledge for developing videos across various online and event formats.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
• Attention to detail in maintaining brand standards and ensuring technical and aesthetic quality.
• A proactive mindset for suggesting creative improvements and staying current with industry trends.
