A Sales Technician is a professional who combines technical expertise with sales skills to help customers understand, purchase, and use technical products or services.

• Provide technical expertise and product knowledge during the sales process to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Assist in answering technical questions from customers and potential clients, providing accurate and clear information on product specifications, capabilities, and use cases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through effective communication and follow-up.
• Understand customer needs and pain points and suggest the best possible solutions using the company’s products or services.
• Offer solutions and work closely with the technical team to resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.

• High school graduate or having an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Information Technology, Electronics, Engineering, etc.) or Business (preferred).
• Proven experience in a sales or technical support role
• Familiarity with technical products in the industry (e.g., telecommunications, IT, manufacturing, electronics) is highly advantageous.
