Proactively engage with customers to understand their furniture needs and preferences
Showcase our furniture products, highlighting their features and benefits
Close sales deals by demonstrating excellent product knowledge and effective selling techniques
Build and maintain strong, long – lasting customer relationships
Address customer inquiries, concerns and issues promptly and professionally
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Stay up-to-date with latest furniture trends, designs and materials
Continuously expand your knowledge of our product catalog to provide accurate and informed recommendations to customers
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and sales forecast
Provide regular sales reports to management
Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate showroom displays and promotional activities
Share customer feedback and market insights with the sales team and management

Previous experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or home décor industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional customer service orientation
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Knowledge of furniture design, materials and trends
Proficiency in using computer software for sales tracking and communication
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus
