- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Achieve sales targets and report on performance.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop effective strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Manage client accounts, generate leads, analyze competitors, and creatively solve problems.
要件
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation, sales management, and relationship-building skills. Proficient in lead generation, analytical skillsets, and effective communication.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, occasional travel required for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player with a proactive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
