Key Responsibilities

1. Product Planning: Develop and execute product roadmaps for APP/Web platforms, demonstrating strong planning and strategic formulation capabilities.

2. End-to-End Product Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of user-facing product features, including requirements analysis, solution design, and resource coordination for project implementation.

3. User Experience Enhancement: Responsible for improving product conversions along core user pathways to enhance the overall user experience.

4. Global User Business Perspective: Maintain a global user-centric vision, leading the team to steer product direction in alignment with worldwide user needs.

5. Industry Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, conduct in-depth analyses of user scenarios, and contribute to the development of innovative product features.

Qualifications

1. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher, with over 3 years of product management experience. Experience managing products with tens of millions of users is preferred.

2. Learning and Innovation: Strong learning ability and innovative mindset.

3. Execution: Proactive work attitude with high efficiency in task execution, excellent communication and resource coordination skills.

4. Market Insight: Ability to quickly grasp market demands and trends, strong competitive analysis skills, and keen market insight.

5. Innovation Spirit: Strong innovative spirit with a keen sense for new product opportunities.

6. Crypto Industry Experience: Experience in the crypto industry or managing trading products is a plus.
