3. Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support strategic business decisions.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to document and implement business requirements for new projects.
5. Develop and propose business solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
6. Prepare detailed reports, business models, and documentation to support strategies and decision-making.
7. Lead or participate in project teams, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
8. Work with the product team to gather stakeholder input and recommend improvements for product development.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst, preferably in the financial services or trading industry.
3. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, SQL, and project management tools.
4. Strong understanding of business processes, financial markets, and the trading industry.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting complex data sets.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams and present complex information clearly.
7. Experience in project management (experience as a Product Manager or in Product Research is a plus).
8. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
9. Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
10. Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.
