Preventive maintenance of all exhaust fan / pump room / STp / cooling tower / smoke evacuator
Control panel technician
Assist contractor
Decloged and assist sewer line (plumber)
Assist electrician and ac tech
Monitoring of Equipment
Do on Call duties as needed

Requirements

At least college graduate or undergraduate of any engineering course or technical course of mechanical, industrial and electrical
With experience in the same field is a must
With Certificate of employment
At least with TESDA Certificate as Welder
Flexible and can work on a fast-paced environment
Physically and mentally fit for the job and in good health
Experience of working within the malls preferred but not essential
Punctuality and reliability are very important
