The Marketing Officer supports the Head of Business Development by creating and implementing strategies to promote veterinary services and pet adoption. This role involves planning pet-related events, managing marketing campaigns, handling social media and Shopee sales, and strengthening the brand’s presence across the clinic, store, and sanctuary. The ideal candidate has a background in marketing, a passion for animals, basic graphic design skills, and experience in community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our veterinary services and pet adoption drives

• Plan and lead pet-related events, workshops, and community engagement programs

• Collaborate with brands and local businesses for a possible partnership

• Analyze marketing performance and report on campaign success

• Manage veterinary clinic, pet supplies store and sanctuary branding, promotions, and customer engagement activities

• Design flyers & posters when necessary (basic graphic design skills preferred)

• Key person in Shopee account.(posting, selling and generate reports)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or pet-related industries

• Event planning experience is a plus

• Strong knowledge of social media, content creation, and digital marketing

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Passion for animals and pet care is a huge advantage
