  4. Follow safety and quality standards to maintain high production efficiency.
  5. Work closely woth engineers and technicians to optimize machine settings and improve yield.
  6. Maintain accurate records of production activities and machine performance.

  1.  Basic technical Knowledge of SMT machines or willingness to learn.
  2. Physical stamina as the role often involves standing or repetitive tasks.
  3. Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
  4. Ability to lift and handle materials as required in the production process.
