- Install, configure, and deploy hardware and devices used in bus operations (routers, CCTV, GPS, POS, tablets, inspector body cameras).
- Perform routine checks and maintenance to ensure systems are working effectively.
- Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues (on-site or remote).
- Support field teams with technical concerns and service requests.
- Maintain inventory and logs of IT equipment, repairs, and replacements.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for servicing and support.
- Provide documentation of device deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
- Conduct system performance checks and report recurring issues.
- Provide support during system rollouts, upgrades, or changes.
- Assist with software installation and updates.
- Ensure systems comply with data and operational security standards.
